366th Wing Briefing
366th Alumni had our own Wing Briefing
Displays in the Wing Briefing Room remind the Wing of their history.
On the stairway in Wing Headquarters are the two Presidential Unit Citations earned in Vietnam
390 Fighter Squadron Welcome
366th Alumni were warmly received by the 390th Fighter Squadron.
They even set up one of their F-15C's near their orderly room for our own private static display. Stan Anderson (in third photo with hand on an AMRAAM missile) was intrigued that they still used AIM-9 Sidewinders - although much improved from the Vietnam years.
And the officers and their wives even threw a first class barbeque for us!
Holt Park Dedication
After lunch and 390th Squadron mission briefing we all
went over to the base Heritage Park which was being renamed in honor of
Col. H. Norman Holt, the 366th Fighter Group Commander in World War II.
